Malax Loaf is a delicious bread with authentic taste since 1893. It is produced entirely according to a traditional recipe from whole grain rye and without any preservatives or additives. The taste of the Malax Loaf is sweet and savoury. The original production methods give the bread its natural, refined taste. Does not contain milk or lactose. Long Shelf Life product. Crayfish sandwiches for 4 people: 4 slices of Malax Loaf. 60 g mayonnaise. Approx. 100 g prawns in brine. Approx. 100 g European crayfish tails in brine. Approx. 100 g salmon roe. Dill and rocket sprouts (optional). Gourmet salt (shavings) and pepper. Arrange layers of mayonnaise, prawns and crayfish on the Malax Loaf slices and add the roe on top. Garnish with dill and rocket sprouts (optional). Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with sparkling wine or good white wine.
